PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food packaging container which can be used as a simple tableware without using other container or the like, and a food packaging container having a self-supporting assisting member. SOLUTION: This food packaging container 10 is equipped with a first cutting section 15 for taking out the food which is provided at the upper end section of a self-supporting type food packaging container to house a food, and a second cutting section 16 which is located under the first cutting section and above the upper end location of the food being located when the food packaging container is self-supported.
