PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consecutive ligature kit consecutively ligating the varix or the internal hemorrhoids with an endoscope inserted into the coelom. SOLUTION: The medical ligature instrument is so formed that a pressurizing means injects fluid into a distal end device and pushes one or a plurality of ligature bands installed in the distal end device frontward so as to separate it therefrom, and a controller connected to a fluid circuit senses the pressure lowering in the distal end device when separating the ligature bands, processes signals triggered thereby, and stops the movement of the ligature bands so that, at least two or more ligature bands installed and arranged in the tip device are separated by an appropriate number and ligate the lesion. The ligature instrument has a tapered hood in the inner cylinder tip of the distal end device. The distal end device for the consecutive ligature kit is so constituted that angle of the tapered hood is set to 12-20 deg. and the start point of the taper is provided with a level difference part.
