SOLUTION: The body cavity cleaning device has an electric pump 21 for sending a cleaning liquid as pulsating flow into an assisting water supply conduit 14 with distal end opening 14a inserted and disposed into an endoscope insertion portion 11 in the direction of the visual field for observation.
