PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control framed construction excellent in vibration control property capable of effectively suppressing responsive vibration extending from a vibration with small amplitude resulted from a strong wind to a large vibration generated in a large earthquake. SOLUTION: This construction comprises a pair of braces 12 and 13 provided within a unit structural surface formed by columns 10 and beams 11a and 11b so that one-side ends 12a and 13a of the braces 12 and 13 are connected to column-beam connection parts 14 and the other ends 12b and 13b are connected to the middle part 15 of the opposed beam 11. One brace 12 is formed of a non-buckling brace having hysteresis damping effect, and the other brace 13 is formed of a brace having viscous damping effect.
