PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables construction work or the like at the time of rainy day without being made wet and can widely reduce the construction period. SOLUTION: A water-resistant sheet developped between at least three or more columns is supported to be movable along the upward/downward direction of the columns. An advertizing baloon filled with gas for floating is bound to each corner of the sheet through a string or the like, then the sheet is suspended at a required height by the floating force thereof, and thereby various kinds of work can be done beneath the sheet.
