PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for interior finishing, which has excellent fire resistance and heat resistance and is light weight, the manufacturing cost of which is reduced and in which installation is also executed simply. SOLUTION: In the panel 1 for interior finishing by sheeting, parallel ribs 5 are formed on a steel plate 3, in which a surface is covered with a synthetic resin layer 2, a fire-resistive material 6 is fixed onto the rear of the steel plate 3, and a heat-insulating material 7 is mounted and formed extending over the whole surface on the rear side of the fire-resistive material 6. Since the panel 1 for interior finishing is light weight and is handled easily in the case of installation and may only be arranged and set up on a wall surface or the like, the panel 1 can be executed without requiring special technique.
