PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve removing capacity for fine contaminant without making a device large-sized, complicated and increasing power cost. SOLUTION: The water cleaning device is composed of a gas liquid incorporating vessel part 3, a stirring contact vessel part 4, a separation tank part 5 and a recovering tank part 7a. The bubbles are generated by blowing raw water containing the fine contaminant into the gas liquid incorporating tank part from a tip nozzle 321 to suck the outside air. The bubble incorporated raw water is jetted downward to the inner peripheral surface 42 through an opening 41 from a lower part jetting port 34 and the jetted flow is forcibly changed to turning flow around the horizontal axis in the stirring contact tank part to be stirred. The fine contaminant is coupled with the bubbles by securing the contact of the fine contaminant with the bubbles while keeping the bubbles in a fine state by the turning flow. The overflow from the stirring contact tank part is blown into separation tank part 5 through a blowing passage 43 to come into collision with inclined walls 22a, 75, the bubbles are recovered in the recovering tank part from a gap 78 and the cleaned water from which the fine contaminant is removed is taken out to the outside from an introducing pipe 9.
