<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for stirring a membrane type reaction vessel, which enable the stirring of a reaction vessel simultaneously with the cleaning of a membrane of a membrane separation device with a small number of equipments. SOLUTION: Fermented sludge in a methane fermentation tank 1 is stirred by diffusing an actuating gas from a diffuser 6 arranged in the outside circulating flow passage 2 of the methane fermentation tank 1, producing driving flow of a gas liquid mixed phase by the actuating gas and discharging the driving flow from one end opening of the outside circulating flow passage 2 to the methane fermentation tank 1 and at the same time, the fermented sludge in the lower zone of the methane fermentation tank 1 is sucked from another end opening to the outside circulating flow passage 2 to be circulated through the methane fermentation tank 1 and the outside circulating flow passage 2 and is solid/liquid separated by the membrane separation device 7 and the cleaning of the membrane separating device 7 is performed by working the driving flow on the membrane surface of the membrane separation device 7 as traction.</p> |
