METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DRILLING AID MEANS FOR IMPLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling aid means capable of accurately and relatively making a tooth implant guide hole in a tooth still existing in a jaw by improving the method of manufacturing the piercing aid means for accurately providing the tooth implant guide hole directed to the tooth still existing in the jaw for implantation. SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps of producing a X-ray image 5 of a jaw 1 to generate corresponding measurement dataset, three-dimensionally and optically measuring the visible surfaces of the jaw 1 and a tooth 2 to generate corresponding measurement dataset, relating the measurement dataset for the X-ray image 5 to the measurement dataset for the optical and three- dimensional measurement 10, advantageously specifying the optimum hole for implantation in accordance with the X-ray image, and specifying a guide hole in a mold 16 relative to the surfaces of teeth neighboring each other in accordance with the X-ray image and the optical measurement.
