VESSEL FOR COOKING USING HEAT IN FOOD PREPARATION AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel for cooking using heat in food preparation which is good in thermal efficiency and is lessened in heating unevenness. SOLUTION: A pan 1 has a pan body 2 and a heating layer 3. The pan body 2 is made of SUS304 and consists of a base surface part 4 and side wall parts 5 continuous from this base surface part 4. The heating layer 3 is formed by joining a clad material 9 of a magnetic stainless steel material 8 consisting of SUS430 and an aluminum material 7 by bringing this aluminum material 7 side as a pan body 2 side. The heating layer 3 is formed by this clad material 9 to a shape corresponding to the shape of the outer flanks of the pan body 2.
