PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide control characteristics suitable for an under-mentioned difference regarding the difference between during running on a high way road and during running on a general road and to avoid adverse facility of a car speed limiting function in a general road where a change of a running state is wider compared with, for example, a high way road, in various control devices loaded on a vehicle. SOLUTION: In a vehicle having a means to control the maximum speed of engine rotation so that a car speed is suppressed to a value lower than a limit value, the vehicle is provided with a means to discriminate whether the vehicle is under running on the high way road and a means to select a limit command value based on the discriminating result when the vehicle is under running on the high way road and select a limit release value except the above. |
