PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyoxymethylene resin composition which enables a molding to be easily molded, the molding having greatly improved mechanical properties without using a reinforcing material, a dimensional accuracy, and excellent appearance because its molten material has good flowability and heat stability. SOLUTION: The polyoxymethylene resin modifier comprises a straight-chain low molecular weight oxymethylene polymer (A), has a number-average molecular weight of 1,000-10,000, a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 1.0-2.5, and the content of a comonomer component of 0.1-30 mol%, and the polyoxymethylene resin composition is obtained by compounding the modifier into a high molecular weight polyoxymethylene resin (B).
