COATING FILM PREVENTIVE SHEET AND ITS PREPARATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a coating film preventive sheet which has enough coating film preventive properties and can be easily removed after the achievement of protection and which can apply a highly reliable adhesive cover without wrinkles and lifting even on curved surfaces and which can prevent rain water and cleaning fluids from pooling thereon and which can prevent quality change and fouling such as color change of the coating film. SOLUTION: The coating film preventive sheet is obtained by bringing a laminate layer obtained by coextrusion of a hot melt adhesive layer and a thermoplastic polymer layer with a thickness of 40μm or less into intimate contact with one side of a fibrous substrate via the thermoplastic polymer layer and the preparation method of the coating film preventive sheet comprises coextrusion of a thermoplastic polymer and a hot melt adhesive on one side of a fibrous substrate to laminate the same via the thermoplastic polymer layer. Therefore, the adhesive layer can be attached via the thin thermoplastic polymer layer with high adhesion and it can prevent the adhesive from remaining when the adhesive cover is removed and can prevent the decrease in adhesion caused by the adhesive layer buried in the substrate.
