SOLUTION: A transparent moistureproof package having cleanness is constituted by providing a hot-melt resin layer comprsing at least a cyclic olefinic resin on a barrier base material which is obtained by forming a film layer comprising a metal or a metal compound on at least the single surface of a base material such as a polymeric film or the like.
