PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink packing bag capable of performing the shrink packing of a large-sized article to be packed such as an edible meat block for traders without collapsing the shoulder part of the bottom part of the packing bag and arranging a heat-sealed bonded part to the bottom part. SOLUTION: A cylindrical film 10 comprising a biaxially stretched film and a twofold film 20 are used and the free ends 21a, 21b of the twofold film 20 are respectively heat-sealed to the opening ends 11a, 11b of the cylindrical film 10 and both side edges 22a, 22b and 23a, 23b of the twofold film 20 are subsequently heat-sealed to form a bag.
