PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stored content from being dripped upon completion of releasing operation for the stored content, prevent the stored content from being solidified or deteriorated in its quality and restrict a leakage of the stored content when the container is fallen. SOLUTION: A lower portion of a stem 18 at a side of a housing 7 is opened and a passage 18f between the opened lower portion and the housing 17 is formed to be substantially in a straight form. In addition, there is provided a valve member 13 energized by a spring 14 in such a manner that when a releasing operation is performed, a releasing port 12a is opened and upon completion of the operation, it is closed. Upon stopping of pressing operation of the cover 10, pressure within a storing space 20 is decreased as the stem 18 is moved upwardly. At this time, the content material left near the releasing port 12a or at the releasing passage 11b in a lateral direction is efficiently sucked into a storing space 20 due to the fact that a passage 18f communicating with the housing 17 and the stem 18 is substantially in a straight line form. In addition, since the valve member 13 closes the releasing port 12a, the stored content is not leaked out of the housing and its solidification or deterioration in quality can be prevented. Further, in the case that the container is tumbled, the stored content does not leak out of the container.
