PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber material for a paper sheet conveying member, the paper sheet conveying member, and paper feeder using it which allow a stable paper feeding and does not cause defect of a toner image, by improving a member for business equipment, especially the rubber material for a paper sheet conveying member used for the paper feeder, and suppressing reduction of friction coefficient caused by adhesion of paper powder to a member surface during usage. SOLUTION: Dynamic modulus E' of elasticity is 0.9-1.9 MPa under a condition that temperature is 25 deg.C, frequency is 15 Hz, and expansion factor is 15±2%.
