PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which is excellent in stain-resistance and water-resistance. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet 1 is constituted of a base body sheet 2, a decorative layer 3, a primer layer 4 and a surface protective layer 5. In this case, the decorative layer 3 comprises a colored solid layer 3a which is printed and formed on the surface of the base body sheet 2, and a picture pattern layer 3b. The primer layer 4 comprises a saturated copolymer resin and is provided on the surface of the decorative layer 3. The surface protective layer 5 comprises a crosslinking protective coating film formed of an aliphatic cyclic (meth)acrylate on the top of the primer layer 4, and has a film thickness of 3 to 5μm.
