发明名称 POLYESTER-BASED CONJUGATE FIBER WITH CRIMPING POTENTIAL AND NONWOVEN FABRIC USING THE SAME
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject conjugate fiber high in availability of reclaimed polyester-based resin and excellent in crimping potential as well, and to provide a nonwoven fabric using the above conjugate fibers. SOLUTION: This conjugate fiber with crimping potential is composed of a polyester component A comprising a reclaimed polyester containing 2-15 mol% of an isophthalic acid-based copolymer component and a copolyester containing >=15 mol% of the isophthalic acid-based copolymer component and a polyester component B consisting mainly of a reclaimed polyethylene terephthalate containing no isophthalic acid-based copolymer component. This conjugate fiber is >=50/25 mm in the number of crimps after heat-treated at 180 deg.C under no load and >=60 wt.% in reclaimed polyester-based resin content. The other objective nonwoven fabric comprises the above polyester-based conjugate fibers, being >=60% in percentage elongation and >=65% in elastic recovery of percentage elongation.
