PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition intended for treating megrim. SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical composition for treating megrim comprises (a) eletriptan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, (b) a CNS penetrant NK-1 receptor antagonist or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and (c) a pharmaceutically acceptable support; wherein the respective amounts of the two active ingedients (a) and (b) in the composition are selected so that this composition is effective for treating megrim.
