PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gear shift operation structure to perform smooth operation of a gear shift operation lever even when a related size is fluctuated due to an assembly error and a secular change. SOLUTION: A static hydraulic continuously variable transmission 10 is provided with an oscillation operable gear shift lever 13, and a positioning member 33 and a lock body 34 capable of being removably engaged with 35 and 36 aligned in the gear shift moving direction of the gear shift lever 13 of the positioning member 33 are provided. By entrance of the lock body 34 to the positioning recessed parts 35 and 36, the gear shift lever 13 is held in an operation position and the locking body 34 is mounted on the gear shift lever 13, and the positioning member 33 is oscillatorily supported around an axis 32a paralleling the oscillation axis 16a of the gear shift lever 13.
