PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably laminate corrugated core paper and a liner in an apparatus and a method for manufacturing single-faced corrugated cardboard and to suppress noise, vibration and the generation of a press mark at a time of lamination while enhancing operability and maintenance properties by a simple apparatus constitution. SOLUTION: A laminating roll 12 for feeding core paper 6, which has corrugated parts repeatedly formed to its outer peripheral surface, while holding the same by the corrugated parts of the roll 12 and a pressure roll 40, formed of an elastically deformable material, pressing a liner 5 to the laminating roll 12 are provided and the pressure roll 40 is brought into contact with the laminating roll 12 under pressure so as to come into contact with a large number of the corrugated parts of the roll 12 at the same time through the core paper 6 and the liner 5.
