PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding point capable of reducing the heat applied to the grinding point itself and an object to be ground to the extent that the heat does not interfere withy practical use. SOLUTION: In a grinding point where a spindle-pin 2 is unrotatably installed in a revolving body-shaped core 1 formed by mixing rubber and soft resin with abrasive grains and agitating an obtained mixture, average two or three cutout lines 3 tilted relative to the spindle-pin 2 for formed on the surface about over the full length of the core 1 in the same order in the axial direction.
