PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate chamfering work of outer peripheral surfaces of both ends at the time of molding a pipe and to reduce manufacturing costs accordingly. SOLUTION: This cutting device is formed of a pair of lower blades 2 arranged with a specified interval and a cutting blade 3 arranged on upper parts of these lower blades, this cutting blade 3 is provided free to move in the vertical direction and free to insert and extract between a pair of the lower blades 2 and it is formed free to cut the metal plate 17 placed on a pair of the lower blades by the cutting blade.
