PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device-housing tray wherein a semiconductor integrated circuit device does not move in the housing section at the time of transport, vibration at the time of the transport is hard to transmit to the semiconductor integrated circuit device, and the semiconductor integrated circuit device is prevented from being damaged. SOLUTION: This tray has a proper number of housing sections to house the semiconductor integrated circuit device, which are formed into a recess-shape surrounded with a bottom plate and side walls. In this case, on the upper surface of the bottom plate of each housing section of the tray, an elastic body is installed.
