PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device for mounting the parts in an automobile such as a room lamp, a sun visor holder or the like to a panel of a car body side with an interior trim material such as a head lining or the like, especially capable of temporarily mounting the parts on the interior trim material. SOLUTION: This mounting device 10 has a device body 40 for holding parts of an automobile, and a mounting leg being extended from the device body 40 and mounted in a panel hole 31 of a panel 30 through an interior trim hole 21 of an interior trim material 20. One of the device body 40 and the mounting leg 50 has a recessed part 42. A pulling-up part 23 is fitted in the recessed part 42. The pulling-up part 23 is formed by pulling up at least one side of the interior hole 21 of the interior material 20 toward the panel 30.
