PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plate having a colored coating film on the uneven design surface side, and its installation method. SOLUTION: This decorative plate has a transparent member having the uneven design surface, and the colored coating film. In such a decorative plate, the colored coating film is provided on the uneven design surface of the transparent member. The decorative plate is installed on an article in such a manner that the colored coating film may be seen through the transparent member.
