PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk which can be used for a work in a motor vehicle. SOLUTION: A desk is provided with screws for fixing the seat of a motor vehicle or a mechanism detachable from a rail so that the desk can be assuredly fixed to the motor vehicle without reforming the motor vehicle. Further, a magnetic material is used for a top plate of the desk so that small things can be fixed by employing magnets. Hooks are provided on the side surface of the top plate so that an article such as an OA device can be fixed by a rubber belt. A cushioning material is attached to the side surface of the top plate to improve a safety. Further, a lighting equipment lighted by a power source in the vehicle and a receptacle are provided to improve a maneuverability.
