PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharging device which can easily discharge water remaining in a deep recessed part and is manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: This discharging device 12 which discharges water remaining in the recessed part 40 to the outside includes (a) a seal body 10 equipped with a rubber expansion pipe 14, (b) an introducing pipe line 22 for introducing air into the inside of the seal body 10, (c) a discharge port 38 for discharging air in the inside of the seal body 10 toward a sealed space, and (d) a liquid discharge pipe line 36 by which water remaining in the inside of the sealed space of the recessed part 40 is led to flow out to the outside by air pressurizing force. The discharge port 38 is formed to have a small diameter so that the rubber expansion pipe 14 can be sufficiently expanded until it is tightly stuck to the inner wall surface of the recessed part 40 by air.
