PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase of the mechanical loss of a sliding surface caused by shearing resistance of lubricating oil when lubricating oil is intervened between sliding surfaces of a slewing 17 scroll and a fixed scroll 21 so that lowering of efficiency of a compressor is prevented. SOLUTION: A countersunk part 29 is formed in the receiving surface of a peripheral part in which the slewing scroll 17 and the fixed scroll 21 are opposed to each other. The shearing resistance of the countersunk part 29 hardly exists, so that an area that shearing force is generated is decreased and the shearing resistance in the whole countersunk part can be minimized.
