PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fastener part for ornament providing clear decorativeness also obtaining an ornamental part of long life. SOLUTION: A mounting part 10 having a slight depth is charged with a transparent epoxy resin mixed with light emitting reflective powder, also the resin is hardened by applying irradiation of heat or ultraviolet rays, to be fixedly bonded to the mounting part 10, by obtaining a fastener part for ornament provided with its fastening operating part in a fastened place to a workpiece, an excellent tone of color by reflection of light is obtained, also decorativeness is improved, to sufficiently obtain the decorativeness excellent in a fine sight favorite to the youth. A decorative resin material is prevented from also separating, also generation of a flaw is difficult, generation of discoloring by the sunlight is also eliminated, a long life is obtained. In addition, as compared with in the case charged with the resin material after fixing a seal, man-hours required for manufacture of the fastener part for ornament are reduced.
