PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation and failure of an outside wall positioned on the spiral outer side of a tip seal groove. SOLUTION: Thickness t1 of the outside walls 112c, 113c positioned on a spiral outer side among the side walls 112c, 113c, 112d, 113d of both the tip seal grooves 112b, 113b is set thicker than the thickness t2 of the inside walls 112d, 113d positioned on a spiral center side. The mechanical strength of the outer side walls 112c, 113c can be increased, so that the deformation and failure of the outside walls 112c, 113c can be prevented.
