PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full-open locking device of an automatic slide door which can improve the reliability in keeping the full-open condition of the automatic slide door and the convenience of the automatic slide door. SOLUTION: A door side lever 21 is provided on a roller bracket 6, and a vehicle body side lever 11 is provided on a bracket 7 provided on a guide rail 5. A free end 21a of the door side lever 21 is engaged with a front end 12c of the vehicle body side lever 11 as the slide door 4 reaches the full-open position Pump. An actuator 20 is connected to the vehicle body side lever 11, and operated according to the ON-operation of a closing switch to push a rod 17 backward. One end of a cable 41 is connected to the door side lever 21, and the cable 41 is pulled in the direction of an arrow F by operating a door handle.
