PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for burying a pipe in a hole which enables simple piping work and easy prevention of outflow of a filler. SOLUTION: A slit annular filler receiving plate 3 can be fitted into a pipe 2 inserted in a pipe insertion hole 1 at the outside in the radial direction of the pipe 2. A receiving plate support 4 is provided for supporting the filler receiving plate 3 in the state of being mounted on the pipe 2. The receiving plate support 4 is constituted in a state of being mounted on the pipe 2 by elastically holding the pipe 2 between a pair of holding members which are provided for elastically holding the pipe 2.
