PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fixing a floor pan to a reinforcement frame capable of eliminating the adhesion of adhesive to a screw part and eliminating the curing time for adhesive. SOLUTION: This structure fixes a reinforcement frame 4 to the underside of a floor pan 1 with bolts 3 and nuts 5. The standard nuts 5 are put in the boss holes 2a formed in the underside of the floor pan 1, and stoppers 6 having through holes 6a allowing the bolts 3 to pass therethrough are put in the boss holes 2a. Then, the stoppers 6 are fixed by a machine screws 7 from the side of the boss hole 2a.
