PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch device for a mixing faucet capable of taking out both hot water and cold water independently and capable of using the hot water and cold water selectively as required, and a dish washer. SOLUTION: This branch device comprises two branch flow paths (a) and (b) capable of taking out hot water and cold water independently, or a branch device formed of two main water supply passages a1 and b1 connecting a cold water path A and a hot water path B of a base part 2 to a mixing part 3 of a faucet, respectively, a relay passage (c) connecting the mixing part 3 to the mixing water path C of the base part 2, and branch flow paths a2 and b2 branching these two main water supply passages a1 and b1 so as to form branch flow paths a2 and b2 connected to these two water takeout parts, and a dish washer comprises a control means for transmitting a control signal to control either or both of the openings of hot water or cold water control valves 7 and 8 according to a required temperature in a washing process and a rinsing process.
