PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cutting defective, simplify structure, and secure safety at the time of cutting. SOLUTION: This emboss tape cutting device comprises a pushing mechanism 3 for pushing an emboss tape 2 in which electronic parts on a base plate 1 are provided in a line in a length direction to the base plate 1, a cutter 4 for cutting the emboss tape 2, and a moving mechanism 5 to move a blade surface 41 of the cutter 4 in a width direction of the emboss tape 2 pushed by the pushing mechansim 3, so the emboss tape 2 is cut by a blade surface 41 of the cutter 4 applied to one end of the width direction of the emboss tape 2 moving in the width direction of the emboss tape 2.
