PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling auxiliary tool which can be used regardless of the size of a drill and ensures an easy drilling operation with high precision as is the case with the use of a general-purpose drill with a center pointed end of an edge, even when the drilling operation is performed using a diamond drill. SOLUTION: The drilling auxiliary tool 1 has a fixed seat 3 formed around a retaining part 2, the upper face of which is mildly dented toward the center of the retaining part 2 to form a conical face 2a. In addition, a peel hole 4 can be opened in the center of the retaining part 2 and an index 5 can be provided at the edge of the fixed seat 3 coinciding with a center line (a) orthogonal with the center of the retaining part 2.
