PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an aluminum alloy-made cylinder block with multiple cylinders with which the thickness of a partition wall partitioning a cylinder can be made to thin in order to miniaturize the cylinder block for multiple cylinders. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is composed of a process in which molten aluminum alloy is cooled to the semi-solidified state, a process in which the cylinder block for multiple cylinders is formed by injecting the semi-solidified aluminum alloy 27 into a cavity 35 in a forming mold 30, a process in which the cylinder block for multiple cylinders is separated from the forming mold 30, and a process in which a plating film of Ni-Cu alloy is formed on the inner surface of the cylinder of the separated cylinder block for multiple cylinders.
