PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency and maintain the quality of a sewn product by correcting a position on the basis of a set position in the case of a worker desiring to correct the position after setting the position of the inner end part of a side stitch part on the basis of the center of a buttonhole. SOLUTION: This buttonhole sewing machine forming buttonhole sewing seams with both side stitch parts formed on both sides of a buttonhole, and a bar tacking stitch part formed at least at one end of both side stitch parts, by an electrically drive-controlled driving means, is provided with a means for setting the positions of the inner end parts of both side stitch parts on the basis of the center of a buttonhole, and a means for setting the corrected positions of the inner end parts on the basis of the set positions of the inner end parts of both side stitch parts.
