PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height-adjustable pillow for fitting the heights of the back part of the head and neck of any user in comparison with conventional various pillows invented for higher effects for important roles an sound sleep, recovery from fatigue, and the correction of a cervical vertebra (neck) during sleep but incapable of perfectly fitting any user with one pillow as the sizes of human bodies and the states of the back part of the head and neck are delicately different in individuals. SOLUTION: By overlaying a necessary number of sheet bodies 2 for adjusting height on an upper part of a pillow body 1 and covering an upper part of them with a surface covering body 3 to be in direct contact with the back part of a head and a neck, it is possible to adjust the height of the pillow finely.
