PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide unique immune modulation applications in transplantation processes, as well as in disease intervention and prevention directed to graft- versus-host rejection as well elimination of undesirable immunological effects resulting from immunization and vaccination and provide treatments for diseases, including Crohn's disease, primary schlerosing cholangitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, atheroschlerosis, etc., and further provide a unique composition for carrying out such processes. SOLUTION: This composition comprises trained or programmed cells, tissues or organ, which when introduced into a recipient exhibits or establishes selective immune down regulation in the above recipient. |
