PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powdery composition of a fat-soluble vitamin, without affecting optical transparency of a heverace added to the composition, without damaging sensory characteristics of the haverace and capable of adding at the amount for recovery or for promoting nutrition. SOLUTION: This powdery composition contains at least one of fat-soluble vitamins and is characterized by being diffused in a natural polysaccharide gum having emulsifying action, a mixture of the gum and/or a protein having emulsifying action or a mixture of the protein (wherein the fat-soluble vitamin exists in the powdery compound as liquid drops having about 70 nm to about 200 nm average diameter).
