PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residual chlorine removing device which is usable as a dechlorination agent for bathing in the state of putting the same in a bathtub throughout the day and does not degrade product performance even when children play. SOLUTION: A container is formed of a double structure and chemicals are changed to liquid. The device is provided with a switching structure capable of periodically releasing a daily set amount like solid tablets.
