PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting sheet for an electric precipitator free from danger such as spark discharge or the like and excellent in dust collecting capacity and an electric precipitator using this dust collecting sheet. SOLUTION: A first dust collecting sheet contains a resin of which the dielectric constant at a time of a frequency of 103 Hz is 3 or more and has a thickness of 0.5-5 mm. A second dust collecting sheet has a conductive layer and a non-conductive layer and the non-conductive layer contains a resin of which the dielectric constant at a time of a frequency of 103 Hz is 3 or more and has a thickness of 0.5-5 mm. A first electric precipitator has a dust collecting part wherein the first dust collecting sheet and the second dust collecting sheet earthed on the downstream side of the first dust collecting sheet in a fluid flow channel are arranged. A second electric precipitator has a dust collecting part wherein the conductive layer of the second dust collecting sheet is arranged on the downstream side in the fluid flow channel in a grounded state.
