PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve control efficiency in controlling a large number of embroidering devices through a network. SOLUTION: A control computer 2 is connected to terminal devices 3 disposed at a large number of embroidery sewing machines 4, through a network line L1. A storage device of the control computer 2 is previously stored with classified information classified in a plurality of groups by specified categories, identifying each embroidery sewing machine 4. When a controller selects one of a plurality of groups using a mouse 27 or the like of the control computer 2, only the control information corresponding to the embroidery sewing machine 4 belonging to that group is displayed on a CRT display 21. Only the embroidery sewing machine 4 belonging to the concerned group is thereby controlled selectively, and command information is transmitted only to the selected embroidery sewing machine 4.
