PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent pachinko balls from being rusted by preventing the pachinko balls from being stagnated in a pachinko ball storage tank. SOLUTION: When this storage tank 70a becomes full or a state near full, pachinko balls at an upstream section F flow to an upstream section outflow port 74. The pachinko balls stagnated at the upstream section F of the storage tank 70a in the past flow to the outside of the storage tank 70a from the upstream section outflow port 74 by this flow. The flowing pachinko balls reach a lift device 80 for the storage tank 70a via a guide tube 76 and an upstream section lower tank 78 and lifted after being polished there. The polished and lifted pachinko balls flow in an upstream section pool tank 82, a guide hose 84, and a downstream section guide plate 86 in sequence and reach a downstream section E. Since the upstream section outflow port 74 is formed on the storage tank 70a, the pachinko balls are not stagnated at the upstream section F, and the pachinko balls can be prevented from being rusted.
