PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter unit which allows easily performing the exchange operation of an element and, moreover, necessitates no disposing space in a peripheral part of an oil tank. SOLUTION: This encapsulated filter unit 5 enables taking of an encapsulated element 6 from a filter main body 7 in a tightly closed state and is incorporated in the oil tank 1.
