PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance which assures safety while allowing the exercise by comfortable walking. SOLUTION: Main bodies 2 have weights 4 and the grip parts 2A of the main bodies 2 are formed of elastic bodies. The surfaces of the grips are formed with a multiplicity of conical projections 3 and internal spaces 5 are externally communicated with holes 2B between the conical projections 3. The right and left main bodies 2 are connected by a belt 6 and the main bodies 2 of either thereof are provided with luminous bodies 1.
