In addition, a gear 37 slips on the changeover shaft 36. The engaging pin 55 of the shaft 36 is engaged with the engaging groove 54 of the gear 35 and the rotation of the motor 11 is transmitted to a rotating shaft 16 for massaging action, resulting in the massaging action of the shaft 17, and a rotating shaft 17 for patting action stops. When the rotating direction of the motor 11 is switched from the direction A2 to the direction A1, the changeover shaft 36 rotates in the direction B1 together with the gear 38 and moves in the direction C2 and the locking pin 40 is engaged with the engaging hole 43 of the gear 37, resulting in the transmission of the rotation of the shaft 36 to the gear 37.
